If I book a ticket or hotel, how will I get the voucher?
While booking your ticket, you will have to register with us by providing your email id. Hungry Bags will email you the ticket or Hotel booking voucher within 1 hour of booking. The voucher is subject to your payment being transferred to Hungry Bag's accounts.
What are the benefits of Registration?
  • Regular updates on various destinations with current Deals.
  • Write your reviews or views on various services you avail while traveling.
  • Participate in forums.
  • Buy various exclusive member's only deals.

What is Destination Guide?
Destination Guide gives you information on various countries and cities. The purpose of this guide is to provide information on a place with photographs before you travel. You can use destination guide in following ways:
  • Read on various places.
  • Write on various places where you have had real time experience or knowledge.
  • Upload pictures on the places you have visited.
How can I change or reset my password?
  • Login to Hungry Bags with your existing password.
  • Click on (Edit) button in the top panel.
  • You will get the (Change Password) option.
What if I forget my password?
  • Click on Forgot password in the bottom panel.
  • Temporary password link will be sent to your registered email ID - We advise you to change this temporary password as soon as possible.
  • You will get the (Change Password) option.
When will my review be posted?
Your reviews are subject to approval from Hungry Bags. Approved reviews will be posted within 24 to 48 hours. Hungry bags reserves sole rights not to publish any views/review that are biased or written out of malice, personal enmity or contain offensive language. An email will be sent to you with a link once your review is posted on Hungry Bags.
How can I register?
  • You can click on the Register Button on the top right side of Hungry Bags home page.
  • You can click on the Face book login button to register using your Face book account.
How can I change my screen name?
  • You can change your screen name by visiting your Profile area, clicking on Edit Profile and then selecting the Change Screen Name option.
How can I change the e-mail address associated with my account?
  • You have to register with us again with your new email id.

Why can't I sign in?
  • Please email us at support@hungrybags.com in case you are facing problems logging in.
Is it safe to give you my personal information?
  • Hungry Bags is committed to providing the highest levels of service to its customers and visitors and maintaining their privacy. We have a policy of not sharing the data base of customers with any third party.
What does sign in with Face book mean?
  • • The Sign-in with Face book option allows you to use your FB account to become a member of Hungry Bags. You do not need to register and login separately with your Email ID once you are logged in/registered via Face book.
  • • It is a simple one step process. By using the Sign-in with Face book option you can also 'Like' Hungry Bags page on FB - thereby getting access to numerous exclusive deals and offers for our Face book Members.
How do I post to a forum?
  • To post on our forums, you have to create an account with Hungry Bags, visit the forums area on the site and then either start a new thread or comment on the topic of your choice.
Can I send a private message to someone?
  • Since Hungry Bags respects the privacy of its members, we have not enabled the private messaging facility on our blogs, forums or member's pages.
What are the guidelines for posting in the forums?
  • It is important to know the guidelines of writing in Forums. Please check all the points below and if you still have any query left, please write to us at learn@hungrybags.com Guide lines for Forums:
  • Be Polite - we do not tolerate any rudeness. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning.
  • Your account is yours alone. You are responsible for any activity created with it. You should not share your account login with anyone.
  • All publicly displayed messages are limited to the English language. This includes posts, titles, signatures, and any attachments or other forms of public display.
  • Signature Spam (a post that was made in hopes of showing a signature, as determined by moderators) is forbidden in all forum categories.
  • You may not post commission, referral or affiliate links anywhere on the forum.
  • You may not compensate anyone for any review or recommendation. Further, you may not suggest a tone.
  • You may not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all forums, private messages, signatures, and e-mail features.
  • You may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by Hungry Bags. Please contact us if you feel a word or URL is unjustly censored.
  • You may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, or are determined by Hungry Bags to be detrimental to the community.
  • You must make five (5) posts before being allowed by the system to include an active hyperlinked URL or other vB code features in your posts. Do not put meaningless posts to circumvent this restriction.
  • You may not bump threads. Bumping can refer to posting useless information, posting one-liners or any other action to deliberately keep a thread hot or to bring it to the top of its forum.
  • You should not use discussions to recommend, praise, or belittle other products or services, or any company; without first-hand experience of those products or services.
  • You may not post any message that is commercial by nature.
  • You should not direct others to contact you or display/post your personal contact details on the forum.
  • You may not solicit the membership for feedback or suggestions on your product or services.
  • You may not solicit users for any project or purpose external to the forum; public, private, or commercial. Most importantly our member base is not a resource to be "mined" by individuals, groups, or businesses, for profit or not for profit. 17) Who are the destination experts on the forums?

  • The destination experts on our forums are experienced and passionate travelers who have visited the said destinations and have extensive knowledge about them. You can count on our destination experts to provide you guidance on your travels that are correct and as up-to-date as possible.
The review I wrote is attached to the wrong hotel! How can I fix this?
  • Please write to us at reviews@hungrybags.com and we will fix it.
I get e-mails from Hungry Bags that I don't want. How can I unsubscribe?
  • Please click on the unsubscribe button, write your email address and then submit. Please give us 10-15 days to complete the process.
