- Complete an application form (Form 14A) duly filled & signed by the applicant (one photo paste on visa form with cross signed)
- With 2 recent passport-sized color photographs with 70 % face on photo.. Please note that the photograph must be latest and 35 mm by 45 mm high without border. It has to be taken full face without headgear (unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features). The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown taken against a plain white background with both ears visible (hair should not cover the ears). The photograph finishing should be matt or semi-matt. Please ensure that your form is properly completed. If you wear glasses: the photograph must show your eyes clearly with no flash reflection on the glasses, no tinted lenses (if possible, avoid heavy frames—wear lighter framed glasses if you have them) and also make sure that the frames do not cover any part of your eyes. Do not staple photo on visa form.

- If Businessman: Cover letter on original company letter head, with company seal
- If visiting for Business purpose: Invitation letter from Singapore & Form no V 39a should be comes through fax from Singapore
- If Honeymoon couple or Names not endorsed on the passports after marriage: Marriage certificate (only from SDM) or Marriage card.
- If retired: Proof of retirements or mention in cover letter retirement profile .
- If somebody inviting: Passport & valid visa, a invitation letter, Employment pass copy & PR Card copy.
- In Business Visa: Invitation from Singapore & Form No- V39A is the mandatory requirement which should come from Singapore.
